Totalis invests in tax-credit incentivized renewable energy and real estate projects. Our portfolio includes over 400 energy and real estate projects in various stages of development that have a total value of over $500 million. We have extensive experience with Low Income Housing Tax Credits, New Market Tax Credits, solar credits and HUD Section 8 properties. Our current principals have developed over $3 billion in multi-family residential and commercial properties over the past forty years.

Totalis makes renewable energy available to a wide range of clients with no out of pocket costs. The company develops on/off grid solar photovoltaic, solar hot water, car charging, LED lighting projects for apartments, hotels, schools, shopping centers, industrial, and other large users of electricity. We use licensed contractors who are experienced installers of renewable energy technologies to build our projects. Each project generates revenues from various incentive programs and the sale of power to building owners and tenants, generating revenue for property owners from covered parking and a share of the power sales.
